Please read these Terms of Service before using Brag. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms.
Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the app. By using Brag, you confirm you meet this requirement.
Your account
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and Apple ID. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
What the app does
Brag is a personal achievement journal. It lets you log wins, organize them with tags/categories/icons, receive AI-generated suggestions and insights, import/export entries, and prepare editable Brag Sheet drafts for performance reviews. Journal entries are private and visible only to you.
Your content
You own the content you create in the app. By submitting content, you grant us a limited license to process it for the purpose of providing the app's features, including storage, syncing, export, AI-powered suggestions, and subscription-gated features. We do not claim ownership of your entries.
AI features
The app uses AI to suggest tags, assign icons, polish wording, generate insights, process imports, and draft Brag Sheet review-prep text. AI outputs are generated automatically, are editable, and may not always be accurate. Review and edit AI-generated content before sharing it. Do not rely on AI-generated content for professional, legal, medical, financial, or employment decisions.
Subscriptions and payments
Some features require a Brag Pro subscription. Subscriptions are billed through the Apple App Store. All payments, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple. We do not process payment card information directly.
New subscribers may receive a 14-day free trial. After the trial, your subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the trial ends. The current subscription price and billing period are shown in the App Store purchase sheet before you confirm purchase.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period. Manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple ID settings. For refund requests, contact Apple Support at reportaproblem.apple.com.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to access another user's data.
- Reverse engineer or tamper with the app.
- Circumvent rate limits or other technical controls.
- Abuse AI, import, Siri/Shortcuts, subscription, or account systems.
Termination
You may delete your account at any time from Settings, which permanently removes your app data. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that AI-generated content will be accurate.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Sweden. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden, unless applicable consumer protection law in your jurisdiction requires otherwise.
Changes
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the app after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. Significant changes will be communicated in the app.
Open source attribution
Brag uses icon assets from OpenMoji, Streamline Emojis, and Fluent Emoji. Current icon-pack credits and license links are available in the app under Settings -> Legal -> Icon licenses.
